We need your help. The Lemonade Stand, located in Uxbridge, Ontario is hiring for casual help, and we need someone with just the right mix of experience and personality. Here’s the scoop:
Casual Part-time Studio Associate
Hours will vary. Must be available weekends and evenings as we extend our hours during the holiday season. 4 - 11 hours per week and will increase during the holiday season. Most shifts will occur on the weekend. Evenings are not required until Nov and Dec.
Job Description (Is this you?)
You have a background in customer service, and a love of handmade products. Your days will be focused on serving our customers. You will become an expert on all of our products, including our paint line and will gain satisfaction from offering guidance and colour consultations for our customers. Downtime will be spent on administrative jobs, studio maintenance, inventory, and other retailer related tasks. We will provide you with a supportive and fun environment.
Skills/Qualifications {non-negotiables}
- Previous customer service / retail experience/sales experience..
- A sense of humour, and positive attitude. Our brand is creative, vintage and unique. You will be the first point of contact for most of our customers so we want you to reflect those qualities too.
- Multi-tasker and initiative taker. You know how to prioritize your time between assisting customers in store & online, tracking inventory and assisting with studio tasks.
Social media experience is a huge bonus. We would love new video/reel and content creation.
