Coconut - Wouldn’t it be cool to be on a white-sand beach right now, in one of those little cabana huts getting a relaxing massage while sipping a drink out of a coconut? Yes please. Are you picturing it? The waves gently crashing on the beach, palm trees swaying in the warm breeze…Those are some good days.
When we made this recipe we wanted to inspire that same special feeling – salty water, coconut scent, and that warm feeling on your skin…a little escape in a busy life. Coconut drinky not included. Sorry.
Athlete - We’ve all been there: brain’s a little more ambitious than body - pushed a bit too hard at the gym, didn’t know your leg could bend that far in yoga…ouch. Ever had to back down a set of stairs because your legs were so sore? Been there.

Relax - Calm down, chill out, dial it back a notch, slow your roll…just relax. Sometimes life’s a tickle fight and sometimes it’s a slap in the face. We vote for more tickles and less slaps but sometimes that isn’t the way it goes. When you need to hit the reset button: Unplug, breath, add some RELAX SALT SOAK to a hot bath and float away to that special place where tickles are aplenty and chocolate chip cookies are considered health food. Awe yeah…
Breathe - Some days are filled with challenges. Like missing your bus to running out of wine…Booooo! It's easy to get thrown off your game now and then. So we made this uplifting soak with mind (and sinus) clearing eucalyptus, tangy lime, and refreshing spearmint essential oils. Because sometimes you just need to stop and breathe.
Refresh - I remember when I was a kid…summer holidays…those were the days. Hanging out with friends all day, staying up all night, and eating popsicles in the blazing sun – so refreshing. When’s the last time you enjoyed a popsicle on a hot summer day? I, for one, think it’s time we spent more time hanging with friends, staying up late, and definitely eating more popsicles.
