Online orders will ship within 2-4 days of placement. 

The Lemonade Stand is not responsible for undelivered, misdelivered due to incorrect address, or packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit. Packages that get returned to us because of an incorrect address can either be sent back at the customers expense or you can forfeit the sign to us. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS SENT BACK TO US BECAUSE OF AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS. YOU NEED TO ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. 

Regular priced in-store and online merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.  If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issues.  If you ordered online and need to return, you incur the cost of shipping.  

Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them; unworn and with any tags still attached. 

Sale and seasonal items are final sale.  We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or body suits, or any items that contain an odour (such as perfume or cigarettes).  

Items bought in-store can not be returned for a refund by mail and need to be returned in-store.
