In-store and online merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issues. If you ordered online and need to return, you incur the cost of shipping.
The Lemonade Stand is not responsible for undelivered, misdelivered due to incorrect address, or packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit. Packages that get returned to us because of an incorrect address can either be sent back at the customers expense or you can forfeit the sign to us. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS SENT BACK TO US BECAUSE OF AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS. YOU NEED TO ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. If it is not, contact us immediately to correct the address.
If your ordered a sign and it arrives damaged please send us pictures. We will not send a replacement without seeing pictures of the damaged product. You can either have a replacement design sent to you or receive a refund for the damaged product.
All workshops are non-refundable. Registration can be transferred to another date provided 48 hours notice is given. Transfer must be completed within 3 months of the original class. No-shows to a workshop forfeit their registration.
